Shortly you will be contacted by Shivaudyo. We will provide a prepaid shipping label that is emailed to you, which you will tape on the box and deliver them to a local courier. All information regarding the pickup will be sent via e-mail. After the Product/s will arrive on our side, we will start the process of verifying and inspecting the product matches the initial shipment and the loudspeakers are in like-new condition, together with all accessories that have been sent. If everything is on the right side, we will reach back to you letting you know the refund is being processed. The fee regarding the courier services and customs fees or taxes will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Return fees are for each product shipped (for example: one pair of loudspeakers will be shipped in two separate boxes – for further information, please see the User Manual). If you have been charged import taxes on your delivered products, you are responsible for claiming a refund from the given carrier that charged you (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS).

Warranty Regulations

Shivaudyo provides a warranty of 3 years for our loudspeakers. Warranty may vary depending on the individual product, which is listed under the product details on the Store section from our website. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, which includes spare parts and labor. Warranty does not cover flared speaker units, scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, inadequate general maintenance, cracked cabinet finish, theft or fire of the loudspeaker or provided accessories. Warranty is covering only with a warranty certificate with date of purchase information.
